A new week of Speedhunting is about to kick off, but before that happens, it’s time to take a quick look at some of the videos we’ve been watching over the past seven days.

First up, it’s a new clip from Jay Leno’s Garage featuring one of the most iconic supercars of all time…

The Ferrari F40 certainly needs no introduction – it was Maranello’s most powerful, quickest and expensive model at its release in 1987. Thirty years after the fact, the twin-turbo V8 rear-wheel drive weapon is more desirable than ever, and Ferrari enthusiast David Lee’s example is simply stunning.

The ‘Legends of the Lakes’ hillclimb, held annually on Mount Gambier in South Australia, is one of the region’s most anticipated grassroots motorsport events, and for 2016 almost 130 cars lined up to take part. There could be only one overall winner though, and this year that honour went to Dan Day driving the SJ1000 Subaru Impreza STI. In this clip, you can check out the run from inside this very nicely prepared machine.

In front-wheel drive drag racing circles, SpeedFactory Racing needs no introduction – the Washington-based team build some of the most powerful Hondas on the planet. Testament to the fact is their EG Civic, which not only reset the world record for a stock chassis FWD recently with a 7.61-second pass, but at the same meet achieved a 201mph trap speed.

Lastly this week, we have the final update in the build of Ryan Tuerck’s Gumout Toyota GT4586 Ferrari V8/Toyota 86 mash-up. This clip from Donut Media covers off the last days of the build, including the Speedhunters feature car shoot with our very own Larry Chen.
