We’re about to welcome in another new week of Speedhunting, but before we get into that, it’s time to take a quick look at some of the videos we’ve been checking out over the past seven days.

Let’s kick things off with a new video from Ford Romania…

How do you celebrate the 40th anniversary of one of your assembly factories? If you’re Ford Romania, you simply give two-time national rally champion Simone Tempestini the keys to the Craiova facility and tell him to go nuts in his Fiesta R5. The result is pretty cool, especially given this is a car with not a huge amount of power.

A little while back we shared a clip of top-ranked Australian drifter Jake ‘DriftSquid’ Jones shaking down his new RB28-powered E92 BMW M3 at a private test session. While that video gave us a taste of how the 1000hp machine sounds punching through its sequentially-shifted ‘box, the teaser didn’t reveal too much of how it looks. This time around though, we get to see the custom creation in all of its wide-body glory.

The 25 Hours of Thunderhill event is one of North America’s most gruelling track-based endurance event. Furthermore, its end-of-season race date always ensures a large field of competitors, all wanting to give one final push before the start of off-season rebuilds and new car development. For 2016 it was a case of history repeating, with Flying Lizard Motorsports backing up their 2015 overall victory in the Toyo Tires-backed Audi R8LMS.

Finally this week, it’s the first episode in GoPro Motorsport’s new original Driven series, this time around featuring everyone’s favorite Hoonigan, Ken Block. Whether you’re familiar with Ken’s backstory or not, this short documentary look into his life is well worth a watch.
