Sin City was the epicenter of everything awesome in the modified and custom automotive world last week, but it wasn’t just contained to the halls and grounds of the Las Vegas Convention Center. Over at The Linq, Red Bull Global Rallycross wrapped up its 10-round 2014 season and crowned a new GRC champion.
Ultimately, it all boiled down to a battle between Hoonigan Racing Division’s Ken Block and Supercar class rookie Joni Wiman (a 21-year-old Finn and 2013’s GRC Lights division champ) driving for Olsbergs MSE. Heading into the final 10-lapper it couldn’t have been much closer. For Block to take championship win he not only had to win the race outright, but also required Wiman to finish no better than third. If Wiman placed first or second, the 2014 title would belong to him. No pressure for either driver then…

LavarBowers Wait, the fact that he was inches from winning the GRC championship doesn't tell you he can drive? Have you actually watched any of the old rally america series footage or even his WRC footage? And honestly does it matter if he is winning or not? He is living every car guys dream doing the things we would if we had the money.
Much like the Super Bowl, or Masters, or World Cup. Second gets no respect, even though they are better then millions of people that think they can conquer the world, if only they had.....Those dreamers failing to realize, or respect the hundreds of people that have the money, drive, and skill the dreamers wish for, that still cant beat him.
