Let me ask you a hypothetical question: if you could design a day out with an Aventador, what would it be? What kind of automotive experience would you want to have? Would you want to cruise around town, drawing as much attention to yourself as possible? Perhaps you’d want roll in to your local nightclub [...]

Vintage dragsters, Mexican food and cameras. Each of those things are awesome, and each of them were part of a recent Speedhunting expedition in California’s central valley. More specifically, the setting was the Famoso Speed Shop and our goal was to capture the shop along with a handful of its awesome drag machines. We have [...]

Sweden. What comes to mind when it’s mentioned for you? Are there images of unspoiled nature and virgin forests dancing through your head? Or perhaps a glitzy disco song from Abba is playing? It could be that you think of the furniture mega-retailer IKEA, or the clothing giant H&M. You might have a more edgy [...]

“What do you want to be when you grow up?” It’s a question we’re all faced with at some point as a child, and most of us will have a pretty creative answer. Sadly the majority never go on to realize these childhood dreams, but there are a select few like Christian von Koenigsegg who [...]

One of the many perks of being a Speedhunter is getting to drive fancy press cars, and out of all the ones that my rear end has graced, I’d have to say the Mustang RTR was the most fun. Back in November, our fearless leader Rod Chong (having also driven the RTR) and I met [...]

It’s been exactly two years since Motor Head began circulation in Japan. In these 24 months this publication has brought an unparalleled level of quality to print media and has managed to stay fresh and innovative in what can only be described as the hardest time print has ever endured. Issue number six, which has [...]

I spend a lot of my time these days looking at stats. Whether it’s graphs showing how our Speedhunters EDTN daily sales are doing, readouts of live webstats, or weekly facebook reports, I make it my business to keep a snap shot of Speedhunters in my mind’s eye at all times. This helps me get [...]

I certainly have used this brief lull-in-action for some concentrated down-time and have been doing as little as humanly possible for the past week or so. Well, at [...]

I did not think it was possible, but the Formula Drift finals just keep getting better and better. This was my favorite drift event this year by far. Race tracks like Spa Francorchamps and the Nürburgring have such rich history and they are very visually appealing, but Irwindale has its moments where I just stop [...]

It’s the first day of September 2012 and I’m in a field in Northampton, England. I’ve been here many times before and always for the same reason: the annual Edition 38 Show & Shine. This is my first post for Speedhunters, so I guess I should introduce myself. In a not-at-all-awkward, first-day-of-school-type-of-way, my name is [...]
