Round 3 of the Formula Drift Pro Championship series has passed, bringing us closer to the halfway point of what’s turning out to be an exciting and dramatic 2012 season. It seems we have a championship battle unfolding in front of our eyes.

The action from the Palm Beach Top 16 was amazing to say the least and featured some of the closest tandems in Formula Drift history. The way the track was designed, it forced the drivers to bunch up very close.

Daigo Saito has been on the podium all three events this year. I am curious to see how he will handle the banked oval course of Wall Speedway in New Jersey.

For now I leave you with these desktops. It’s only just two short weeks till Round 4 in New Jersey, but keep your eyes peeled for a retrospective post with Justin Pawlak as we look back on his drifting career. Click on the thumbnails below to download the high res desktops.
