I shot this photo of an FD RX7 blasting through the final corner at Tsukuba during one of the BE Time Attack events last winter. I really liked how this shot came out, and you can see just how timeless the design of the FD is. You can bet that GT wing is doing everything it can to keep the rear of this car planted as it rounds the high speed corner and enters the front straight.

mike, i can't agree with you more. the lines on the FD are so timeless. i can stare at an FD all day long.
That and the Nissan Z32. The Japanese really designed some timeless cars in the early 90's!
I agree with Benson and Neil. The cars from back in the early 90's really set the bar high. The Supra, Z32, FD, and cars like the EG Civic are timeless.

I have plenty of photos of the R-Magic "maru" car. I will throw them up the next time I think Speedhunters needs some more JDM rotary goodness. Actually I have TONS of FD photos, they are like the most common car at time attack events here.
