Here are video highlights from last weekend’s Rally Argentina, courtesy of the Ford World Rally Team. As usual, the huge and hugely enthusiastic Argentinian crowds meant the stages were rammed with spectators hanging from every nook and cranny overlooking the narrow tracks.

Loeb’s inevitable victory shouldn’t overshadow another great WRC event, and a welcome return to the series of a more endurance-focussed format. During the recce phase before the rally, the WRC crews covered over 600km in two and a half days. A stage was run in the dark! It’s like rallying is back where it should be, and that five of the top 10 finishers came back into the rally via the Rally2 rules says something about how tough the event was.

If you like your cars going sideways more than straight, then this is the video for you.
