I know we don’t post a whole lot of NASCAR material here, but I wanted to share this quick clip from last Friday night’s Nationwide Series race in Richmond.

As typical with Richmond, the race brought lots of action and lots of close racing. Here you’ll see Denny Hamlin and Kurt Bush fighting it out in the final laps of the race, banging together and driving with the kind of excitement that can make NASCAR so fun to watch.

If only my mom had a Camry with a NASCAR V8 burning up the rear tires(if that's even possible for a street car). BUT NO!!! She just HAD to get a hybrid for less fuel consumption. And her's doesn't go over freeway speeds...

BORING. I thought this would actually be interesting... it wasn't.

I still don't see the appeal. Honestly, karting has more action.

If you guys don't see this as another form of real racing...thgen there is obviously 'no pleasing you'. I'm not a Nascar fan, and I don't really like the ruleset, but I don't really HATE ovals. It's a different game.
