Britain’s rallycross star Liam Doran has a hectic 2012 lined up: Global Rallycross in the USA, the European Rallycross Championship, Pike’s Peak in an RS200 and the defence of his X Games title are all on his schedule. In this video Liam looks back at his results last year: he had a stellar season in the US countered with a rather more bruising experience back in Europe – but was spectacular all the way.

The opening round of the 2012 European Rallycross Championship is in just two weeks time at the Lydden Hill track on the south coast of England, where Liam will be debuting his new 600hp Citroen DS3 Supercar. It’s going to be monstrous – in every sense of the word. We’ll be taking a close look at his new mount in the near future, and keeping an eye on Liam’s progress through the year.
