This past Saturday at Irwindale Speedway can, arguably, be considered the best “Formula D event ever” by those that were in attendance or by those that were watching on the live stream. For those of you that have missed it, Justin Shreeve and Joe Ayala, put together this quick, yet tantalizing, look at the spectacle that was Irwindale.

sooo much speed!!! i think its interesting how everybody dumped the straight 6's for the most part, and went with either 4's or 8's for various reasons.. i do miss the pervasive screaming 2j's and rb's though... :*(
mad, this was nice. cars are going by so fast!!
V8s are making it way too easy to drift. its almost like cheating considering how much torque there is. over the years, the spirit of drifting is dying in professional events like this. its all about whos got the most power instead of who has the highest skill. grassroots drifting>professional drifting
