These Vegas vids kind of dropped the ball for me. Joshua's is great but still I felt some lacking. Vegas is supposed to be party city. These vids are great but dont really communicate the high energy atmosphere of Las Vegas.
It was a very playful yet human portrayal of drifting. Something reallly different though. I kinda felt like picking daisys or something afterwerd.
The camera work in this video and the shots taken were amazing, but the slow motion and zoomed in shots sort of lost me. Did not really get to see much action as all i could see were zoomed in shots of doors and faces, not taking away from the beautiful shots he got in the low light sun sets but just too much zooming in and slow motion.

loved it!! call me a pansy for likin the music, it flowed nice and slow. it may not have been a party vid but its the feel the artist has in his or her experience at the event, last year when i photographed fd lv, i didnt party till after the event, granted we almost got arrested for j walking and i ran through the casino and didnt get caught while the pack of friends i was with got harrassed..
Will Rouge always shows me a good time.. good job..
Were there any spectators at this event? Or was this mostly taken from qualifying/practice?
