What is it about classic Toyotas that have captivated people across the globe? Whether it's Japan, the USA, the Philippines, Puerto Rico, Europe, Malaysia, or practically anywhere else on the planet, people are crazy about Toyotas from the '70s and '80s. This photo was sent to us by a Speedhunters reader named Amar, and the immaculate AE70 Corolla coupe pictured here belongs to one of the drivers of the Toyo Tires drift team in Malaysia.
Be sure to check out this blog for more old school goodness from Malaysia.

I'm Malaysian..this is coolest KE70 ever.....
Amar my friend, lucky you dude LOL! I'm proud to see my own country idol/hero's car to be displayed here heh.
Anyway this car is powered by 4AGE 16V with minimal mod, TRD Gearbox, TRD LSD, and his rim is the infamous SSR Longchamp 15x8x -2 for the front, and 15x8x -14 for the rear.
The car was featured in one of the local magazine and I've scanned the whole magazine page featuring this car. Check it out here http://muhd-zamil.blogspot.com/2008/10/to-those-who-didnt-grab-copy-of-julys-i_07.html
