It would have been sacrilegious not to have posted a shot of Colin McRae's old WRC Impreza that was next to Solberg's car at the STI Gallery. So here it is, a true legend to say the least.

In Solberg's car feature, I ask if that is love... This, the only thing I can say, is that this is the car that I am follow in love with. It drives from tarmac to snow. It takes hours of stages in a rythm that any other could take. It makes corners like hell. It was the car of the driver (R.I.P. McRae). It is the most beautiful, the most "wanted", the legend, the "one", the everything, the iconic, the first (to obey WRC rules of that era),.. What can I say more?! Love?! Certainly it is!!

I think that this swrt chassis was a great car when you look at the footage of these 2 door Impreza's going through stages. Even though I prefer the 4 and 5 door Impreza's, I love this car. RIP Colin McRae.

One of the most beautiful rally cars of all time in my opinion, as you say a legend. Colin really suited Subaru, as did Kankkunen and Sainz I think. But have you noticed, rallying and Speedhunters are a perfect combination together. Keep it up!

That 'll be the 1998 Sanremo Rally version. McRae fought for a win until he got a flat tyre. Tommi Mäkinen won the rally after a great drive in his Lancer Evo5 Gr.A. Great stuff!
