News>>a Repeat In Jersey

It was an extreme case of déjà vu at Wall Speedway this evening as Daijiro Yoshihara once again beat Vaughn Gittin Jr. in the final match – for his second straight victory. Meanwhile Team Falken was on track to repeat their 2009 podium sweep, until Tanner Foust defeated Darren McNamara in a heated battle for third.

Much, much more to come from FD New Jersey, but for now, congrats to Dai, Vaughn, Tanner, and everyone else who brought the moves this weekend.

9

Dmac should have won against Tanner IMO.

10

what the hell were judges thinking with Petty vs Takatori.

Petty should've benn in the Great 8 instead Takatori. Not cool.

Yeaah! Dai is back!

My first FD event and everything blew my mind seeing professional drifting up close and personal and getting to walk around and see the cars was amazing.

Just got home from FD in NJ. Really great event, the track is small so the drivers get really close to each other, lots of turns, and you get a great seat no matter where you sit.

Very happy for Dai - been my favorite driver for over 4 years now. Really smooth, great transitions with steep angle and fast speed that kept him glued to the lead door in every chase.

Looking forward to Speedhunters pictures, as I don't think my point-and-shoot camera did the event justice.

On the way home, going down a one way street in NYC, had to stop as a car just flipped on it's side. No other cars were damaged. Still not sure how that happened...

Both my favorite competitors on the top. This rivaly must go all they way til the end:D

Im a s13 driver myself so I am holding my side to Dai but same time Vaughn is a great guy too.

Alsoo big respects to Justin Pawlak who rocked hard this weekend.
