Got an email in the Speedhunters inbox from Cristian Loza, who wanted to share some photos of his and a buddy's EP3 Civics, shot by photographer David Tormey of New Jersey. As Cristian says in his email, it's a rare thing to see the "forgotten" generation of Civic done modified so tastefully.
I couldn't agree more.

Never liked the EP3. Always thought it was a mini-minivan. But I found some nice pictures of that blue one on a forum a few weeks ago, and I have to admit it looks damn nice. It's probably the first EP3 that made me stare.

Wow I actually seen one of these for the first time today. I just stopped and stared and wondered "Is that a...civic???" It was beautiful.

EP3's have always caught my eye, they look like fun little cars to whip around. It's good to see two examples with contrasting themes side-by-side. *thumbsup
This has always been my fav Civic body style, but like you said its always seem forgotten amongst the EG,EK and EF's

i see these cars eveyday..no matter how many times i see it it always catches my eye. i love how flush everything is and how they jsut flow well with the body. my homies roy and cristian getting good recognition!!!
The best thing about the EP3 is the shifter location. These are two rad examples . . . usually these cars get riced out badly (the bad rice). But these are sick!!!!!!!

speed hunters you have been doing some great coverage of events the scene you bring is epic. I hope so much that you guys at speed hunters take some consideration to come down to Barbados in the Caribbean and cover the island wide rally its is epic the scene the Caribbean is growing and with the passion es special JDM

"Never liked the EP3. Always thought it was a mini-minivan." It does look like a mini van. I have never liked them at all...I remember when they came out as a replacement for the EK body Si. I thought they looked GOD AWFUL. If I were to get a civic it'd be EF hatch all the way tho.
car bra and roof rack spoil the look of the white one, I don't get why all the honda boys just jump on whatever the current trend is (i.e euro vw styling on hondas at the moment) without actually caring if it will suit their car first!
Great looking cars...I just wish they weren't wrong-wheel drive. Oh well....

i hate these stupid looking hondas there like the modern version of those fibre glased up usdm japenes manufacturer cars... yick
Even if you don't like these cars as much as the next guy, one thing that is for sure is that they are "tastefully modified" with out anything to rediculous on them like others out on the streets.
One thing i would like to be filled in about is the rear camber..... why go so crazy on the camber and no just possibly roll the fender or something of the sort? this goes for all the gen hondas that try to go really low
