Last weekend Super GT officially hit the track for the first time this season with a two-day testing session at Okayama International Circuit. One of the most anticipated cars for 2009 is the Toyota Corolla Axio GT300, which debuted at Tokyo Auto Salon in January. Besides the orange car that everyone saw in Toyota's TAS booth, there's a second GT300 Axio entry which will be sponsored by Avex. The full livery has not been applied yet, but to me it looks just as good in testing form with of all its exposed carbon fiber.
The '09 Super GT season gets under way on March 21 and 22, back at Okayama International Circuit.

eclip5e, the Cusco Impreza didn't do so good last season did it? Sad I know I love it too, it owns faces in GT4, barely needs tuning. Anyway that Axio looks dope without the livery on it they should keep it that way, someone needs to run a badass racing car. Anyone down to pit seed money together for a GT300/500 car? We will make it privateer and not a single sticker will reside on its shell mwuhahaha.
