@KhysylSaleem oh, you're so mad in this duh! Really love this cyberpunk-tuned cars!
Thinking of this I just imagine something like RWB-styled LOW'N'WIDE 911 Turbo S 991.2 with some sort of cyberpunk stuff like this cool hollow tires, LED-lights, lasers, holographics, hi-tech devices and insane aerodynamics! This might be the best!

CyborgGT Yes you can by many methods. Aerodynamic braking (e.g. flaps, parachute), reversing the thrust of propulsion, and V.i.f.f.ing like Harriers do (vectoring in forward flight), which is when flying suddenly spin all the thrust nozzles forward. Also auxiliary thrust motors around the air vehicle like spaceships have and the principals of how a helicopter works which can slow up and change direction very acutely in the air. Russian fighter pilots perform a move called the cobra which is suddenly pull the nose of the plane up until the plan view is traveling forward giving a huge 'braking' surface.

My idea for hovering/flying car would be one with 2 propulsion engines, one pointing rearwards and the other forwards used only for 'braking', since that is just as important..
