Have you ever wondered what it might be like to enter a D1 Grand Prix round and compete against all those famous Japanese drifters? Well a bunch of foreigners did just that at the first round of the year in Odaiba earlier this month. Luke Huxham of Maiham Media was in Tokyo during the weekend and decided to drop by and check the action out. He put this quick mini-documentary together talking to Mad Mike, Federico Sceriffo and Jake Jones about their time at the event and their take on the whole drift scene. It’s an interesting angle on D1, a refreshing shift of perspective from the usual coverage we are used to seeing. Hit play and enjoy!

hey guys i need desperate help identifying a wheel in this video... at around 6:29 to 6:38 there is an Up-Garage AE86 in the background with some shweeet six spoke five lug deepdish rims that i neeeeed. I love the te37 look but i always wanted a nice big chrome lip to go with it, and i cant find any good 6 spoke 3 pieces beside iForged.... Any help would be greatly appreciated! thanks, I have faith in this forum....
Looks like they are RAYS
@TomHoward thanks!!! i guess they look a lot like the new Gram-Light 57 Maximum-pro... I didnt even think about gram-lights having fat lips lol. they look great and im gonna have to seriously consider getting a set real soon... but for semantics sake, i dont think the ones in the vid are the same, the spokes seem a little thicker in the vid.
check out the TE37V. They have different offsets that might be what youre looking for.
Thanks Mark, i noticed that on a google image search there are a few te37v with the 5 lug, but they dont show any on the rays website. Looks like im gonna have to do some serious searching, or try and call them in japan!

It's called 'what you know' by Two Door Cinema Club. They're a great band (awesome live too!). This is a remix though so not sure exactly by who.
