This is a beautiful video diary of a 24 hour car race. I love the emotion captured. The contrast is nice, like it was shot on film.
In all, a wonderfull production. I admire the makers.
i thought it was really astounding! actually, i felt it was sort of a visual poem - basically just the 24 hours non stop, but i didnt feel a strong sense of story (maybe besides the 'hours/frames' thing, which was very cool
), great visuals! and i was seriously blown away by the editing! must have taken foreverrrrrrrrr.. oh and the soundtrack was really killer i thought! pretty minimal when u think about it - probably about 5 or 6 songs with impeccable transitions! and a light touch of the sound of the cars going by. overall a huge thumbs up from me!
how many cameras did u have going? a couple of 5d's im guessing? oh and were u backing stuff up on laptops a lot? lens selection?
