I have no info what so ever on this car, all I know is that it's the first AE86 turned Dragster that I have seen. I wonder what's under hood. Do any of our readers have more info on this car?

Luis (from Paradise Racing) used to race the AE86 several years ago, then he switched to the new Celica. Both cars use the Tacoma engine 2RZ (Chris Rado and Kenny Tran use the 2-3RZ from the Tacoma as well).
The AE86 shown above could have a 2RZ or even a 2JZ from the Supra.

for some reason ive never liked the look of 86 drag cars... they are kinda narrow as is and with the tucked wheels they just looks silly to me.... 86 needs flares and camber! while im at it they need aero kits too... stock bodied cars do not rock whatsoever... screw a sleeper... bleh

You've never heard of Luis Corujo? he drag raced his AE86 for years here in the US in the "Modified" class (back-halved cars).

there are a dozen of ae86 all done up for drag! rotary powered 2jz, 1 js powered u name it!!!
im a really big fan of the site a visit it daily its really getting popular overhere on the island!
drifting is also starting up its still pretty local but man its a blast it would be cool for u guys to check out our islands potential!!!

Look up "El humilde racing", it is a 2jZ powered ae86. It runs 6.43 @ 218mph in the 1/4 mile. Yes that is 1/4 mile not 1/8th...
