Contest Period

The opening hours and dates of the competition are listed in the competition schedule as follows:

Competition Period: Saturday 1st August at 6.00am PST – Sunday 9th August at 11.59pm PST

All entries submitted outside of this time period will not be considered.

Restrictions

This competition is open to all international residents, with the exception of residents from Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, and Syria. Air Lift Company is unable to ship to these countries.

Entrants who are residents of Czech Republic, France and Poland under the age of eighteen (18), residents of Hungary, Portugal and The Netherlands under the age of sixteen (16), residents of Finland and Norway under the age of fifteen (15), residents of Austria, Germany, Spain under the age of fourteen (14) and residents of the UK, Ireland and any other EU territory under the age of thirteen (13) require parental consent to enter the contest as required by their local legislation. Employees (and members of their immediate family) of “Electronic Arts” (“EA”) (“Promoter”), their agents and anyone connected to this competition are not eligible to enter. Subject to all applicable laws and regulations. For Austrian residents only: You are hereby notified that you have seven (7) calendar days from the date of your registration for participation to rescind your agreement to the terms of this agreement. After such period of time, you are bound by the terms of these Terms and Conditions.

Rules to participate

No purchase of any goods or services is necessary to be eligible for entry into this competition. There is no limit to the amount of times entrants may enter the competition during the Contest Period. Speedhunters will decide on a winner. The judges’ decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. Employees and family of Speedhunters and Air Lift Company, as well as Air Lift Company product dealers and their employees are exempt from participating and are not eligible to enter.

In order to qualify, Air Lift Company must have an existing available platform for the participant’s vehicle, which needs to be verified in order for them to win. They can verify a application for their vehicle here: https://www.airliftperformance.com/vehicle/

Competition

Using the Instagram and Twitter applications, contestants will repost a ‘Promo Image’ to their account using the hashtags #SHSummerOfSwag and #LifeOnAir, and tell us what their #LifeOnAir would be like if they won the competition. All Promo Images uploaded during the Contest Period will be considered, with some exceptions*. See 4. Prizes for detailed information about prizes. In order to redeem the prize, winners will be contacted directly via social media and asked to email Taryn Croucher, our Community Manager, who will collect their details in full and provide these to our Partners.

Exceptions

Entries will only be considered during the specific Contest Period. Any entries submitted outside of the specified Contest Periods will not be considered. Entries MUST use the #SHSummerOfSwag and #LifeOnAir hashtag, and tell us ‘what their #LifeOnAir would be like’ to be considered. Entries including offensive content or content not suitable for public viewing, or containing content deemed irrelevant to the competition will will not be considered. Participants must ensure their social account is not set to ‘Private’. Any entries submitted from private accounts won’t be counted.

• Copy and re-post this image to their personal Instagram or Twitter account
• Use the #SHSummerofSwag and #LifeOnAir hashtag and tell us: what would their #LifeOnAir be like if they won?
• Tell us the make and model of their car
• Make sure to follow Air Lift on Instagram and Twitter where they’ll be announcing the winners!

Prizes

The winner will receive the outlined prize of a complete Performance Series Kit for their car from Air Lift Company. There are no alternatives to this prize. It is stated as non-transferable. If due to circumstances beyond the control of EA, EA is unable to provide the stated prizes, EA reserves the right to award substitute prizes of equal value.

*All prizes are subject to the terms and conditions of the supplier. Any taxes due on the prize will be paid by the winner.

Results

The winner will be announced on Wednesday 12th August at 8.00am PST. They will be announced via the official Air Lift Company social channels.

The winner must get in contact with us to claim their prize and will have 7 days to do this. If they cannot be traced after reasonable efforts have been made, we will consult the applicable Partner in order to make a decision. If the prize pack is left unclaimed, a new winner may or may not be selected.

A full list of who won will be available for four (4) weeks following the day of the selection of winners. This list can be obtained by writing to Speedhunters Summer of Swag, Electronic Arts, Onslow House, Onslow Street, Guildford, Surrey, GU1 4TN. If proof of age and/or parental consent is requested, and if satisfactory proof of age and/or parental consent is not received, EA reserves the rights to choose another winner.

General Conditions

Any entry, which does not comply with the rules, may be deemed invalid at the sole discretion of EA. EA is not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, misdirected entries, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incorrect, garbled, delayed electronic or other communications or other technical problems related to mobile entries. Proof of sending will not be deemed to be proof of delivery. Any participant who enters or attempts to enter the prize draw in a manner, which in Promoter’s determination is contrary to these rules or by its nature is fraudulent or unjust to other entrants including without limitation tampering with the operation of the competition, cheating, hacking, deception or any other unfair playing practices such as intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or Promoter and/or any of its agents or representatives, or who submits an illegible or incomplete entry may be rejected from the competition at Promoter’s sole discretion.

Entrants agree that their names and/or likeness may be used to announce the winner via Speedhunters website and Speedhunters social media, on EA websites and be included on the winners list as mentioned in section 5 above. For the U.K. only entrants may be required to take part in publicity without further consent or payment. Such publicity may include their names and/or likeness.

Data protection

In order to participate in the competition participants must provide certain information on themselves. This personal information is collected and processed only for the purposes of organising, running and monitoring the campaign, as well as for carrying out publicity activities on it. The organising entity shall be considered the data controller for the database containing this personal information and provides for an appropriate data protection level.USE AS APPROPRIATE:Your participation in the Contest is also governed by the EA Online Privacy Policy and Terms of Service found at www.ea.com. You likely agreed to the EA Online Privacy Policy and Terms of Service when you allowed [Game Title] to access your information on Facebook. Personal information includes name, address, email address and birthday. Entrants have the right to access, withdraw, and correct their personal data. By entering this prize draw, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material. Promoter reserves the right to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the competition in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, if it believes the competition is not capable of being conducted as specified in these rules or in the event of a virus, a computer bug or unauthorised human intervention or any other cause that is beyond reasonable control of Promoter that could corrupt or affect the administration, security, impartiality or normal course of the competition.
