Beginning today, the Thursday Shoutout is now known as #FeatureThis to tie in with out increasing effort to allow you guys to become active participants in the Speedhunting experience. While the name may have changed, the purpose hasn’t. It’s still all about sharing YOUR cars from around the world.
In fact, by using the #FeatureThis hashtag on your favorite social media service you have even more ways to submit your cars as possible feature material or to be involved in our weekly reader ride shoutouts. You can also keep track of what’s happening in the #FeatureThis department by visiting http://featurethis.speedhunters.com/ .
What better way to kick things off than with another batch of cars submitted by our friends in Japan?

Since the beginning Speedhunters has looked to the wonderful country of Japan as a source for so much great content, but up until now we’ve felt that our Japanese readers were left out of our community activity because of the language barrier. With this in mind I (with the assistance of my wife) worked up a call-out message asking our friends from Japan to submit their machines to the featurethis@speedhunters.com mailbox. The response has been tremendous and we figured we would dedicate this week’s edition of the Thursday Shoutout to our first batch of submissions from Japan. Here they are.

We’ve had an incredible amount of responses to our request for feature cars and builds from around the world. Unfortunately we don’t have time to dedicate separate posts to all of them, but we still wanted to find a way to to celebrate the cars of our global audience and show appreciation to our readers. With that in mind, we came up the idea for the Thursday Shoutout. This will be a weekly post featuring a collection of 20 cool vehicles submitted by readers.
Let’s get started then.
