For fans of Nissan’s performance and racing heritage, the annual Nismo Festival held at Fuji Speedway in Japan rates as the holy grail of events. There’s little wonder why too; year after year, the country’s most iconic Nissan (and Datsun) badged motorsport machines are brought out to play for this special day.

Late last year, Blake brought us some great coverage from the festival’s 2016 edition, and since then Nismo TV has been released a bunch of raw in-car clips shot from within some legendary race cars. The latest comes straight from the very Nissan GT-R GT1 that won the 2011 FIA GT1 World Championship.
