This Week’s Video Round Up

Another big week of Speedhunting is about to begin, but before we get stuck right into that it’s time to take a quick look at some of our favorite videos from the past seven days.

Let’s start with the trailer for an RWB film set to make its big screen premiere in Australia next month…

Presented by RWB Australia, RAUH-Welt: From Life After Birth To 12 Hours Of Racing is a 45-minute documentary covering the 2016 idlers 12 hour race at Motegi, plus the creation of the film’s Writer/Producer Chern Wong’s personal RWB 911 build, better known as ‘Southern Cross’. If the trailer is anything to go by, this is going to be a spectacular watch, and we’re sure IMAX Melbourne will be packed-out come March 25. You can check out more information and a second trailer on the film’s official website.

The Elite Showdown was an event put together by Elite Tuner and Elite Throttle the weekend before last, and although the weather in Las Vegas didn’t really play ball, it seems like there was no shortage of cars or people present to make the show a success. Once again, Ivy Films have done a really nice job with their video coverage.

Given that it shares its namesake with a 1980s Japanese performance car icon, the new Toyota 86 always had a lot to live up to. Hachiroku hype aside, the ZN6 (and the ZC6 Subaru BRZ) has proven itself to be a very well-balanced machine, and in this new film from Petrolicious, an owner of both models shares his thoughts on the two cars.

On the back of a couple of Liberty Walk car features on Speedhunters over the past week, our final video today comes from LB Media with a behind-the-scenes look at the Japanese auto stylist’s recent trip to the Essen Motor Show in Germany.

That’s all for now, but if you’ve caught a cool video in the last while, go ahead and share it in the comments section below.
