Another new week of Speedhunting is about to begin, but before we get into that it’s time to take a quick look at some of our favorite videos from the past seven days.
Let’s kick things off with the official video from StanceNation Japan G Edition 2016…
Last month, the Odaiba area of Tokyo was overrun with some of the country’s lowest street cars – including a few that might be familiar to Speedhunters readers – for the capital city’s annual G Edition event. We’ve been patiently waiting for this to drop, and as always with SNJ clips the final edit is a good watch.
Next up, it’s an interesting look at the evolution of Formula One steering wheels, by the guys at Donut Media. With all the advancements in race car technology since the early days of F1, it’s a given that steering wheels would evolve too, but it’s only when you see them compared like this that you realize just how far they’ve come, even in the past two decades.
Yes, it’s another EKanooRacing video, but there’s no way we could not include this 37-minute-long film titled No Boundaries, which documents the world-beating team’s build up to the first round of the 2016/2017 Bahrain Drag Racing Championship.
Finally this week, it’s an all-wheel drive burnout courtesy of Velocity Labs, a Mitsubishi Eclipse, a length of chain and a tree – and all in aid of Movember.
That’s all for now, but if you’ve caught a cool video in the last week, go ahead and share it in the comments section below.
