How do you celebrate your 60th birthday when you are hillclimb legend Rod Millen? Well, you invite some of your close friends over a day of hooning on a stretch of custom-built private road that runs through your property.
Inpsired the Goodwood Festival of Speed, the "Leadfoot Festival" included some of Rod's most famous competition vehicles including his Pikes Peak Celica and Tundra. The video clip above shows Rod running the course in the Celica.

Rod said that the course is made up of scalled down versions of all has favourite racing corners from around the world . including Goodwood & Pikes Peak The news clip showed him attacking the course in his Race To The Sky Tundra .
To say that he was hitting the course hard would be an understatement . At one point he Straight lined a corner with two wheel on the grass ,Two wheel in the air .
Not bad for a old guy nearing retirement age .

Why doesn't Rod just bring these both of these Toyotas back to Pikes Peak? I bet they would still give the modern cars a good run.
