Our good friend Justin Pawlak had some very disturbing news for us this morning – his truck and trailer had been stolen with his green FC RX7 drift car inside.
Here's Justins's description of the stolen items -
"Last night around 1am my 2004 chevy 2500hd with my 26' enclosed aztex
trailer were stolen. inside the trailer was my green fc rx7, 2 18×11
ssr type f wheels, and 2 18×10.5 volk te37's. Also in the trailer were a
craftsman tool box full of tools. Please be on the look out for any
and all of these."
It was stolen from Maywood Street in the Eagle Rock area.

God fucking damnit. Ill let everyone I know to keep a look out for fc parts coming up for sale. Although it might be listed somewhere. You might tell justin to list the parts that weren't custom.... Im surprised he didn't have some tracking setup installed or something. Either way, I hope he finds it. Its a shitty truth that this stuff happens everyday.

ive been posting all over vegas/utah/AZ ever since 5am when he told me... nothing yet, but pretty much all of the drift guys in the US are pulling together and really helping out with spreading the word to lookout, this car is iconic, and irreplaceable to the drifting community.. we have to fight to get back Justins hard work.

Hoping for the best. I had my RX7 stolen in front of me at an after bar. I ended up chasing after him in my s13 and caught him with help from state troopers. Best story of my life and it was great to catch someone stealing peoples autos. His keychain had tons of nissan, mazda and honda keys on it. Now hes behind bars for a while.
sad thing is, by the time he finds it..i bet its gonna be completely chopped.
man i hope they get it before that.

God dam ! Seen a documentary about americans and car theft on TV the other day ! Something like 6 cars are stolen every 5 minutes in just this one town , was crazy !!!!!!

Really sucks...one of the canadian drifter from de dmcc had his wheels and helmet stolen this summer and after a good search and posting on website like this found them back to one of the drop place !!!! he was really lucky to find these back i reallt hope that justin get the same luck !!
horrible. i couldnt imagine losing my trailer filled with parts for my toy, and my toy... i hope JTP gets his stuff back. this is the second drift car to be stolen with the trailer in recent months. we all need to get infrared surveillance cameras put near our rigs. makes me sick...

As far as finding the truck I'm not sure but having an Rx-7 is like driving a pink car around... someone is going to notice it, but driving a kitted Rx-7 with wheels and roll cage is like driving a pink lambo around. Not only will everyone see it everyones going to want to know who is driving it. He'll get his car back. I'm praying that they don't destroy it.

I have an FD and will keep my eye out for the parts. I am also in San Diego and will keep my eye out it is makes its way to Mexico.
My friends think I'm paranoid, but I actually paid for a real time GPS beacon. My 350 got stolen, and we were able to catch up to it (and I might have also done something to the theives.) Yeah, so I got charged with assault, but hey, I got my car back, lol. Chee-hee!

It pisses me off to hear that this stuff happens to hard working people who pour their blood swat and tears and not to mention the years of hard work and money into beautiful machines, then have some punk come and just snatch it from under you. About a week ago somebody tried stealing my 240sx my roomates dogs kept barking so we ran outside they only got as far S opening the door and putting it on neutral trying to take off with it with a tow strap tied to the radiator.support fucking idiots they'll regret the day they try to come back for it.....

This is just complete BS. I had my pride and joy 4 door R32 stolen from my garage here in New Zealand a few months back, and because it was under such good lock and key it was at the time uninsured. Being locked away in a garage with hardly anyone even knowing it existed wasn't enough to stop the scum that stole it though and it has ruined my financial life for a whole year. I haven't heard anything about it at all except that the number plates ended up on another island hundreds of kilometers away on another car. Best of luck to the poor guy, I hope he was insured :/
this situation has made me very upset. My brothers S15 powered s13 was stolen from are driveway back around october up in fairfield CA . 4 day later it was found in an oakland police cop-chop ring. the car was completely disassembled .. but i recovered 99.9% of the car... hows that for luck.. needless to say are 240's - ( my 5th) sleep in the garage now.. ill keep an eye out. i posted a 1000.00 reward for the car on craigslist. youd be surprised what people will do in this economy for a finders fee..

Any chance on posting some of the custom parts or the part number of the TEs? We're gonna look out for custom FC parts for the next 3 or 4 weeks. By no chance theyre gonna drive it around cali, its just too obvious.
I wouldnt be surprised if the people who took the gear are on these sites and or have posted a comment. Trying to even think what would they do with these cars. Can't part em out everyone would know. Can't run half the parts either. Gotta be going into mexico i say. Noway would they be using the truck or trailer anywhere after the morning either. Prolly just wanted the car and being in the trailer attached to truck was just a huge bonus ready to go.

How about a finders ad with a reward--? not to us on speed hunters or the car community. But on craigslist in an ad? once i posted my ad for are missing s13 . i received a few emails within the day.. And one weird phone call at 1 in the morning telling me to look right were it was located . NO JOKE . the guy never called back to receive his reward. All im saying it that there are other options. I just had little faith in are police departments and i was getting tired of driving down back roads - please feel free to use us in California good luck- also type up a list of every part that was on it. make a list and post it . ???

Did you make a list of all the parts from the car and truck? Post it. Then make a ton of copys and post them in every speed shop,skate shop high school grocery store and taco truck ,anywhere in your area. If you get enough people talking someone is bound to find it. Dont lose hope!.. Oh and check your local tow /impound yards. they find cars dumped and the cops dont report it for 2-3 days sometimes. KEEP LOOKING
