Just spotted this pop up on Twitter, it’s a great look back at the 1972 RAC Rally of Great Britain where after ten years of trying, Roger Clark finally defeated the Scandinavian competitors in a Ford Escort MKI. The soundtrack of the cars coming through the forest is something else along with the variety of cars competing.

The man that inspires me day in and day out to reach for greatness, even if it takes a lifetime. Mr. Clark, thank you for your kind words, your unorthodox driving style and the pursuit for betterment at the wheel.
Thanks so much for that bit of rally history. Great stuff.
amazing soundtrack, wonderful history lesson seeing those now-classics being abused at 10/10ths.
Great stuff! I went to the Roger Albert Clark Rally last week in Britain and it was fantastic!
