Before any sort of racing records can be broken, a race car and its driver must go through some form of pre-race testing. We’ve already seen the Pikes Peak veteren, Jeff Zwart, smash the 2WD Time Attack record and also read his thoughts about the actual run. Here’s a video of Jeff taking the Porsche 911 GT3 out for some testing prior to the Hill Climb event.
I do have to say that there’s just something intangible about seeing a 911 sliding around in the dirt, no?

The man says it all.
This vid shows why Porsches are some of the best cars in the world : versatility and reliability combined with true performance. And that for more than 50 years. To see a 911 on dirt reminds me of lots of Porsches great cars : 911T, 2.7RS, SCRS, 953, 959...that ran on the loose terrain.
I wonder what a Porsche Motorsport developed 911 rally car would be like...
There is something beautiful about seeing that car on dirt
Would be a nice to see that 964 in action.

Here's one example from Finland. Not built by Porsche though...but still very fast!
