RANDOM SNAP>> SPOON SPORTS CRZ
I stopped by the Type One workshop the other week to take a look at how work on the Spoon Thunderhill 25h race CRZ was proceeding. The car was almost done and is currently on a boat heading over to the US. Before being put through its paces at Thunderhill during the first weekend of December, it will be on display on Honda's stand at the SEMA show. On top of weighing next to nothing (950 kg or so) Spoon engineered a special air conditioning unit that will keep the rear-mounted battery pack cool throughout the grueling 25h race. Can't wait to see how the little CR-Z will do!
