AMS you guys rock, it was nice chatting with you this weekend and I was sad to see what happened to the car. I am however glad to see you break the record and hit that 228 mark. I know you guys will come on only stronger next time since you've caught the bug for land speed racing. To the driver, you handled the situation great. You did everything like you were supposed to and at no point did it look like you were lost or caught off guard. Your the whole reason why the car is still salvageable (along with the fire suppression system of course).

Obviously the record wasn't the only thing that got broken. I'm beginning to wonder if a 4 cylinder can handle peak power for sustained periods.

so, is it just me, or is AMS notorious now for setting things on fire. First the evo x, and now this....hope that GT-R doesnt catch fire next :/
