Yes, these are without a doubt two of the coolest looking Imprezas around.
Alex Wiborg is a regular Speedhunters reader who sent us some photos of his red 2006 Subaru WRX, along with his friend Logan's new model STI.
The first thing that struck me about this WRX is the color. How often do you see one of these cars in red? It's not common, but it sure looks good…
…especially when matched with Enkei RPF1's in SBC finish, sized 18X9.5 +38 all around in case you wondering.
Here's the car as it looked when the project started. Besides the mild cosmetic mods, it's been tuned to make a solid 300 horsepower at the wheels, along with supporting chassis and suspension upgrades.
Subaru fans should have a lot to like about this photo. What's the story with the lone S13? Haha.
Both Logan's STI, and the red WRX have reached blog and forum superstar status. It's not hard to see why…

Blue STI is tough, i like the body styling especially the rear 1/4, the bulgy arch makes me think of power within.. as for the WRX in Red!! it looks wickedly dangerous and ready for action, don't see these bad boys in that hue very often (in fact i never have!) but this one suits it down to those alloys sitting nice and squat in those blown out arches.. it looks like a totally different machine than its 'before' photo.. thanks for posting

The Blue GR STi is a what Lancia should have done with their NEW Lancia Delta (HF Integrale).
The Red WRX is a uncommon colour for a Impreza. Looks great though.
The only thing that I ever thought was slightly wrong with the new STI is its wheel arches are too small. If they were just a little bigger, with bigger wheels to match, it would far outshine the red WRX for me.

I actually just did some busines with the owner of the red s13 , we're on a local forum, I traded him a 60-1 and some Tial items for an rb25 trans for my datsun Z , his car has the same powerplant and it is very nice and clean in person in and out,...

Great post guys, I love seeing stuff about newer model WRX's and STI's. I only have one complaint about these pictures however (aside from the lineup with the lone S13), there weren't enough pics of the STI. And my only complaint about the cars is that, while I still love it, the roof scoop on the WRX is too small; it needs to be bigger in order to more closely resemble the scoops on WRC cars.

i think SH should delete the "Nasioc Reppinnnnn" comment without warning for no particular reason and then tell the person that posted it that they can't advertise on your site for free and if they want they can go through the proper channels and pay the fee's to advertise... well, thats what Nasioc would do anyways
