Random Snap>>cortina Gt On Track

Last month Gerald Elliot sent us some photos of his 1970 Ford Cortina GT based out of Nova Scotia, Canada, and we've been waiting until the start of Readers Month to post it. The little Ford has been outfitted race-built 2.3 SOHC tuned to make 240hp naturally aspirated. It also includes things like a Mustang T5 trans, a quick-change rear diff and some very racecar-like bodywork.

As you can see in the photo, the car sees the track regularly.

Thanks Gerald!

Yes! Way to go Gerald. I couldn't quite believe my eyes when I surfed over to Speedhunters and saw the Cortina.

There are plenty of other hardcore home-brews out here in the Maritimes. Send 'em in guys!
