Today I had a job interview in Amsterdam and there I spotted this Scirocco with a full Rieger bodykit, it also had small sticker on the trunk saying MTM. They have a full engine package available for this car, so I hope it wasn't just stickerstuning. Seeing a Scirocco is one thing but seeing one like this in the capital of Holland really made my day.
Can't wait for the Essen Motor Show at the end of this month. Last year I already saw several Scirocco's but I'm guessing there will be a lot more this year.

Arrrgh! Why don't we get these (or the Polo for that matter) in the U.S.? All we get are crappy Jettas and Beetles....looks good though!

I gotta agree with the Bartender, I like the car, but the bodykit really isn't doing it for me.
the body kit and them wheels are fugly... put these on any japanese car and people would scream rice

Not realy, you hardly see good tuned car. Mostly ugly bmw E36 or Golf GTi's.

Look harder. they are there, you just need to know where to find them. offcourse the scene is not so big in holland as it is in the states. but then again, holland isn't particularly large either.

I was amazed by the way the scirocco sounded this summer while in Europe. I am sure this one sounded like a beast...
I see them all the time here in austria, not by rieger, but normal ones, and I saw one lowered with nice bbs wheels too. They do look kinda nice, especially for a vw, but I think that's one of those cars you'll be dissapointed when you see them in real life, because they look better on pictures.
Why's it raise like that on the rear?
STJ- The 'Rocco R has 2 exhausts, not 4. You probably saw an ABT or similar kitted one.
