Remember this post? I asked if you could guess the Chase car. After looking through the comments in the first post, it seemed that Muzaffar had the first correct answer. It was indeed the Renault Clio RS. A nice detail is that the Clio is almost 10.000 pound cheaper in the UK.
The track they tested the cars on was at Millbrook circuit.

Those Clio's are so cool; and even though the new one looks great I fell in love with the older 2003 Clio V6, I would take that over an R32 any day.
Normally I don't like the Focus, but that's a really nice one.
Don't really like the clio though..
The only thing that gives the advantage to the Clio is his weight.
Like he is saying in the video, the Focus "disapears" on the straight, but he can catch him in the corners.
Not just weight, better chassis aswell!

Wow...... never expected my name to be mentioned here at all. Well I guess it is okay since it was posted already lol. But I can't take the credit for the answer though, there were several other people commented on the video on Youtube that said it was the Clio RS.

Quite dissapointing that the Focus can't pull away from a 200hp Renault that doesn't even have LSD! Depending on which version the tester had, the weight could be different but the Clio RS weigh no less then 1200kg in its lightest version. 10000£ seems too much, here in France the Clio's price tag is 28200 and the Focus' 33650, that's less then 5000£...
The Clio is around £15-17k and the Focus nearer to £26-28k so £10k is correct.
