I have to admit that this car is really starting to catch my interest. Whether it’s this car or Chris Rado’s time attack projects, it’s really amazing what people are doing with the Scion tC platform.

Now if we can get Scion to inject just a fraction of this attitude into the street-going tC…

You know it just doesnt make sense. All these Tc's made for drift are supposed to make people buy this car? The only thing those cars share with the street version is the fact that theyre scion Tc's. I wonder if toyota will bring out a rwd version of this car in the future.

Can anyone tell me why you would use a tC for any other reason besides just wanting to see if you can be decent with it? I mean perhaps sponsors but last time I checked Toyota doesn't really race anymore.

this car lacks originality.



and i dont understand how its within the rules for them to use the V8. I thought Rs*R could only get away with it because it used the engine from the TC's sister platform.



cars like these make me not like Formula D.

Ok so lets take Scion TC, then make it RWD and put a V8 in it and make it drift to make people want to drive the 4 cylinder FWD one...

It looks like it's struggling on power so badly. It's not good. It's not real.

I agree with you guys about the gap between this car and the production tC, but that doesn't make it any less fun to watch in my vierw...

dammit. I'm a huge tanner foust fan, and it is a friggin shame to see him driving something like that abortion in the Formula D.



whatever happened to the 350Z he was using? hell why didn't he snag a 370Z?



it just doesnt make sense why people see the need to use the Tc out of alllll the usuable cars out there.

if im not mistaken the japanese scion tc is AWD . they cant convert the usdm model to rwd because of the rules in formula d but they can covert awd to rwd
