Random Snap>> Euro Accord

There are a lot of differences between the Euro spec Honda's and the US versions. I recognize the car in the picture as a Honda Accord, but I know that the car is called Acura TSX in the US. I also know that 'we' got the Type S in Holland but I'm not sure what version this is, if it's a Type R the owner must have imported the car from Japan. It could also just be a badge, who knows.

I have always loved the clean look of the Accord especially when it's rocking green Volk TE37. The color of the rims is an important choice to enhance the look of your car. Lots of people are trying different colors on existing rims. I have seen this color on driftcars, time attack machines and now on this luxury saloon.

What do you guys think? Is the green too much, or is it here to stay.

Well, It's LHD so that gives away that it's not imported

2

the green rocks, it rounds the car up. It could stand to bring some of that green to the interior however.

3

the tein/takata green volks epitomize jdm style, but i have to disagree with joe. green in the interior would be too much. and yes i have definitely a big fan of the CL7 chassis

4

I like the green but if your going to go with that color you might as well go all out and have and aggresive fittment as well. I like the sizing on this car but its to subtle for the color, maybe gunmetal or black would look better?

5

I've seen a TSX here in Vancouver with the full 'Accord Euro' look. So much better than a North American Accord

6

Liamsil- I agree on the rim color. a charcoal or even a gold would be nice. The green is funky but it's a matter of taste....or is it?

7

i think the green is far too over-the-top. i think if they had chosen something which jives more with the paint colour, or even the cf bonnet, it would have been better.

as it stands currently, those rims just scream "LOOKATMELOOKATMELOOKATME" and i can't help but look at them.

.

i know rims make the car in more cases than not, but really this is an instance of the rims being a hugely dominating factor, visually. championship white would have been a fine choice, or a red to match the tail lights.

.

otherwise, very clean! i dig the foglights.

.

and yeah i agree with Mr. Blackmore the hondas we get here in Canada are pretty lacklustre. the USDM one (JDM Honda Inspire), while certainly pretty, is not as awesome when compared to the JDM Accord models (being the USDM Acura TL and Acura TSX). i can't help but feel we're being given the short end of the stick ;) i think it would be less confusing overall if Honda had normalized their naming schemes across markets, instead of the switching of the USDM Accord from being the JDM Accord/Ascot and then to the Inspire, as it travels further upmarket.. so confusing... lol

8

The Takata TE37's are HAWT! I never would've thought of them, but I really like what I see.

9

It's not Type-R badge, but Euro R. Car looks good even with green rims.

10

Looks very great, the green rims and the bluish grey body are a perfect match.

11

its a acura with a euro conversion

12

not feeling it at all.. but thats just me.

MIDORI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!even tho midori green TEs are match-made for white NSXRs,rreeespect for this owner.

15

The green definitely makes the car stand out, but I would have loved to see the classic bronze wheel gray paint combo.

A nice NON DRIFT CAR

YES! lol

17

Looks so clean!....

If it was more race-inspired then yes they fit well, especially if it was white or black or red in color ...
